When Will My Order Ship

All orders generally process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most of our orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after the order has been placed. A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.

When Will I Receive My Refund

When we receive your return, you will be refunded in 3-7 working upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from.
