Refunds And Returns Caused By External Factors

If your product is damaged during transportation, we will provide you with after-sales claim service as follows

1. A slight bump will not affect the use. It is recommended that you keep the product. We can compensate you for up to 5% of the order.

2. Serious bumps affect the appearance and use, the product needs to be returned to the designated warehouse, and the product will be re-issued for you (the return shipping fee of the product will be borne by yourself); or if you keep the product, we will compensate you for up to 15% of the total order price

3.If the product is completely damaged and cannot be used, return it to the warehouse, we will resend the product for you or give you a full refund (the product needs to be returned, and the return shipping will be borne by yourself)

If your product is lost in transit, we have the following two solutions

1. If you do not want to get the product after the product is lost, we will give you a full refund after confirming the loss

2. If you still need the product after the product is lost, we will expeditiously reissue this product for you

If you received the wrong product, we have the following two ways to solve the problem for you

1. If you do not need to reissue the correct product, and need to cancel the order and refund, please return the wrong product to the designated warehouse (the shipping fee will be borne by yourself). After receiving the product, we will give you a full refund

2. If you need the correct product, we will reissue the product for you. Please return the wrong product to the designated warehouse (please pay the freight first, and we will refund the cost to you by way of refund)

 

About Order Cancellations And Refunds For Your Personal Reasons

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we will handle it for you as follows

1. The order has been placed and not shipped, if you want to cancel the order, we will cancel it and give you a full refund

2. The order has been placed, shipped, and the package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. Reject the product when it arrives and return the product (you will be responsible for the shipping cost), we will give you a full refund after receiving the product

3. The order has been placed, shipped, and delivered.

If you want to cancel the order, you need to return the product to the warehouse by yourself (the freight is borne by yourself), and a full refund will be given to you after receiving the product

After You Receive The Product For Some Reason Want A Refund Return

We promise that within 30 days after you receive the product, if there is any non-human-caused product damage or product defect, we will provide a free replacement service. Product damage and other problems caused by personal reasons are not allowed to enjoy this service.

We do not support the return or exchange of goods without reason within 30 days. If you receive the product, there is no problem mentioned in the appeal, and you want a refund and return, we are sorry that we cannot accept it.
